Role Overview

As a Global Applications & Mobility Advisor, you will manage client applications through our internal system and support pathways for scholarships, admissions, careers, visas, and relocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable universities and programs
  • Prepare and submit admissions and scholarship applications
  • Review essays and statements
  • Support global job and internship placement preparation
  • Guide visa document readiness and embassy checklists
  • Deliver weekly progress updates in CRM and admin portals

Requirements

  • Stable high-speed internet
  • Personal laptop only
  • Quiet working environment
  • At least 50 percent weekly commitment
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Prior experience in at least one area: study abroad, scholarships, recruitment, visa processing, global HR, or academic advisory

Compensation and Growth Path

  1. Phase 1: Advisor
  2. Phase 2: Senior Regional Advisor
  3. Phase 3: Country Lead
  4. Phase 4: Global Mobility Manager

Compensation is commission-based and linked to completed application packages, successful admissions, scholarship wins, visa approvals, and job placements. High performers can move into leadership and revenue-sharing tracks.
