Through our Shipping & Logistics Department, we help clients source products globally, purchase items from international markets, and coordinate shipping to Malawi and other African countries.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Procurement Specialist to receive customer requests, research products across international markets, prepare professional quotations, and support procurement and shipping coordination. This role suits someone proactive, analytical, and comfortable working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Shipping
- Coordinate shipping processes including air freight, courier, and related logistics flows
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients
- Understand basic customs and import processes
- Work with logistics partners when needed
Procurement & Product Sourcing
- Research products across the USA, China, Japan, Europe, and other global markets
- Compare prices, suppliers, and sourcing options
- Verify product quality and authenticity before recommendation
- Recommend the best-value options to clients
- Experience with vehicle importing is an added advantage
Client Handling
- Review customer inquiries from the website, WhatsApp, or email
- Prepare clear and professional quotations
- Communicate order and sourcing updates to clients
- Follow up on pending requests
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of orders and quotations
- Update order status across processing, shipped, and delivered stages
- Provide regular updates to management
What We Are Looking For
Required Skills
- Strong internet research skills
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Basic computer skills including Google Docs, Excel, and email
